Return Process

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
